There are psycho-self-help albums by lunatics, an LSD album where the T-square-straight narrator refers to them as "hah-loose-in-OH-jens." And it's capped off with an excruciating 8:30 version of "They're Coming to Take Me Away, HAHAAAAA!!!" by Jello Biafra with LARD.
