Well, I am an artist. A COMMUNICATOR! A Host. An actress. A Producer. A writer. A woman. I believe we need to defy the stereotype
and replace it with an archetype. Humanity and art can inspire! Health is more than a toned body, it is a state of mind and heart balanced with consciousness. If we are infinite beings then what keeps us from attaining health and happiness? The ego! I am striving for that enlightenment, detachment, awareness...what ever you want to call it... but until then I will enjoy all the earthly pleasures life has to offer... I love to dance, sing, paint, write and enjoy lavish meals with complementary wine...maybe some jazz playing... Let's dance. I like Life! I like People! I like Animals! There is so much to see out there... Traveling! I love Paris...I lived there a few years ago...India, Greece, The Middle East, Asia and South America next! I am hosting 4 shows in LA, all dealing with the food and culture of Los Angeles and spreading throughout the world! I speak French, some Spanish, a tiny bit of Arabic, and a little Serbo-Croation. I do know a few words in Farsi, Korean, and Thai. In 6 months I will be fluent in Spanish and in one year I will be Tri-Lingual with Spanish, French and Arabic! I am Ana. In Arabic, ANA means 'I am'...how fitting for that is me. Ana Al-heq (I am truth) or in the quest of it, at least. Je pense donc je suis. Je suis ici! I am here. It is time! All is well! As Hedy Lamar says, "All I want on my tombstone is that I lived a colorful life" Well, heaven on earth...so far I have a kalidescope of a view! Life is... what we make it everyday and today was pretty damn good. Play on.

Happiness, to me, is connecting with cultures. When their language comes out of my mouth, I feel a true connection with their humanity. When their clothes are draped over my body, I feel my life story sparkling vicariously through their fabric. When their food enters my mouth, it is as if their soil was tilled by me and the spices were sprinkled with my hands. Culture is my breath. And when I breathe I am happy.
