my name is margaret. i have an appendix gelding named jasper, and a quarter horse mare named annie. in a nutshell, friends, family, & traveling to shows and barrel races are pretty much my life. i've been told i laugh a lot, but i don't mind because it's good for the heart. i have some of the best friends anyone could ask for. treat me with respect, and i'll return the favor. : )

Hobbies:
i am currently on my school's varsity cheerleading team (which comes secondary in my life if you want to get specific). primarily, i train, show, and run barrel horses; mainly quarter horses. i still play volleyball from time-to-time, although not near as much as i used to. lastly, i volunteer at a local therapeutic horseback riding program for the disabled. it's amazing how something so small as to riding on top of a horse can make these kids feel as if they are on top of the world.

Favorite Music:
i like a variety of music - everything from rock to rap. i listen to songs that have a meaning behind them. i love artists who are clever enough to enclose life stories within the lyrics. relating to these types of songs is what keeps me on my feet.
Favorite Books:
i don't have time to read a lot, but when i do, it would most likely have to be either a non-fiction equine story, or anything else that would hold my interest throughout the entire book.
I Love:
D.C. you were the best thing that ever happened to me. no one, no one at all, will ever be able to replace the one who i could tell everything to. you will always hold that special place in my heart. imy. ♥
I Hate:
hate is a strong word. i can honestly say i do not hate anyone or anything; however, i do have a few dislikes. i dislike liars, those who crave attention, and those who choose to make ignorant decisions.
