PAYPERLIVE:  Fees and Billing Schedule

Registering with Stickam and using most Stickam services is free. We do charge fees to PayPerLive Hosts for using other services, such as listing pay per view events made available on Stickam to other Stickam users. When you use a service that has a fee you will be charged based on our Fee Schedule, which we may change from time to time. Changes to the Fee Schedule are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen days' notice by posting the changes on the Stickam website. We may choose to temporarily reduce the fees for our services for promotional events or add new fees associated with new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Stickam website.

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the PayPerLive service in U.S. dollars, in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection methods. This includes charging other payment methods you have previously provided us, as well as referring your account to collection agencies and legal counsel.

Fee Schedule

Membership Fee

PayPerLive Hosts will be charged a recurring monthly Membership Fee in accordance with the above designated schedule.   You understand your credit card will automatically be billed each month for the current monthly Membership Fee in accordance with the plan you selected at time of registering for the PayPerLive service, until you request cancellation of the PayPerLive service.  All Membership Fees are charged to your credit card at the time of registering for the PayPerLive service, and each month thereafter, and are non-refundable.  Regardless of what time you initially registered for the PayPerLive service, you will be charged for a full month’s Membership if you do not submit a cancellation request before 12:00 am, Pacific Time, on the anniversary date of your subscription.

Transaction Fee

PayPerLive Hosts will be charged a Transaction Fee in accordance with the above designated schedule.  The Transaction Fee is calculated by multiplying the applicable rate times the total sales. Sales tax will not be considered as part of the Purchase Price when calculating the Transaction Fees.

Setup Fee

PayPerLive Hosts will be charged a one-time setup fee in accordance with the above designated schedule.  The Setup Fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of registering for the PayPerLive service, and are non-refundable.

Billing and Collection

All the fees owed to AVC for using the PayPerLive service will be charged to your credit card in the following way:

Membership Fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration, on the monthly anniversary of your registration date, and each month thereafter until your PayPerLive service is cancelled or terminated.  Membership Fees are non-refundable. Regardless of when you initially subscribe to the PayPerLive service, you will be charged for a full month’s service if you do not submit a cancellation request before 12:00 am, Pacific Time, on the anniversary date of your registration for the PayPerLive service.
Transaction Fees will be charged to your credit card on the last day of each month.

Setup Fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration for the PayPerLive service.  Setup Fees are non-refundable.
In the event your PayPerLive account is suspended for any reason, any fees owed on your account will immediately become due and payable. AVC reserves the right to charge any amounts you have not previously disputed to your credit card.

Other

It is your sole responsibility to update your current credit card information with AVC. If your credit card is declined, has expired, or the credit card issuer otherwise denies payment of accrued fees owed to AVC, AVC may continue to try to process your credit card for payment and/or charge you an administrative fee not to exceed $25.00, and AVC may suspend your PayPerLive account with no notice to you. Additionally, AVC may send your account to a collections agency and charge interest on any amounts overdue equal to the lesser of one and one and half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, which shall be determined and compounded daily from the date due until the date paid in full. You agree to be responsible for any and all collection costs incurred by AVC for any amounts owed and overdue, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.  The failure by AVC for any reason to charge or collect the above sums shall not relieve your responsibility to pay the Fees due in accordance with this Fees and Billing Schedule.
